In any case, the reservation is confirmed only after verifying the effective financial availability to be able to make the charge.

The guest must return the apartment in good condition, if the kitchen is used this must be properly cleaned in all its parts (plates, glasses, hob ...). Organic waste must be separated from glass and plastic.

This payment method is reserved for our regular guests in whom we have the utmost trust.
How much must I pay as a minimum deposit to make the reservation effective?
10 euros per day for each day of reservation, so for example 30 euros for a 3-day reservation.
Where can I park my car?
I recommend parking your car in the large multi-storey car park in via Ca' Marcello 6, a few steps from the apartment. To find out the prices, visit the parking site
Where can I leave my luggage?
The closest luggage storage is at Venezia Mestre station.
