LecceMia nasce un una palazzina indipendente del 900 recentemente ristrutturata a 500 metri dal centro storico e dalle principali vie dello shopping di Lecce. Grande terrazzo per i propri momenti di relax: prendere il sole, fare un aperitivo, leggere un libro, fare due chiacchere.

Dall'antico portone si accede nella hall che funge anche da zona colazione. Al primo piano 2 camere matrimoniali col balcone e una camera matrimoniale con finestra. Tutte con bagno privato e datate di aria condizionata, smart TV e mini frigo. Nello stesso piano un appartamento bilocale con cucina che può ospitare massimo 4 persone
