The services offered by these subjects with the end user are offered directly therefore there is no direct relationship or contract between the user of the accommodation service and the platform.
Each accommodation facility is free to apply its own booking rules.
In the event that the accommodation facility has not produced its own booking rules, the general rules described here apply.

Payments
Pay by credit card
Pay by bank transfer
You can also decide to pay a deposit and complete the payment at check-in
In any case, the reservation is confirmed only after verifying the effective financial availability to be able to make the charge.
After this verification you will receive an email that the payment has been successful and the reservation will be completed.
Refunds will always be made via bank transfer and the amount sent to you will be deducted from any bank fees.
This site complies with all European regulations for online payments.
We use Paypal and Stripe as payment getaways, both comply with the latest European directives, including PSD2.
This directive introduces significant requirements for authenticating customers during online transactions. In particular, it requires the adoption of two-factor authentication (2FA) measures to confirm the identity of the card or account holder during the payment process.
Each owner/manager can allow various payment methods to finalize the reservation.
In the bank transfer/deferred payment method, the guest can make the reservation effective without making any payment but undertakes to make the payment according to the methods and correct timing suggested by the owner/manager of the structure.
This very flexible method allows the guest to pay only a deposit in advance and to complete the payment during check-in.
After finalizing the booking, the guest receives via email the bank details to make the bank transfer and possibly the payment links to pay by credit card instead.
In the event that the guest does not proceed with the payment according to the timescales suggested by the owner/manager of the structure, the latter is free to cancel the reservation and free up the calendar for other reservations.
In Paypal and Stripe modes the guest is redirected to these payment gateways and can instantly complete the booking by paying the full booking amount.
These methods do not provide for deferred payment.
Refundable fees
Our refundable rates are perfect for those looking for maximum flexibility.
You will be able to change your plans at the last moment without losing your money.
Travel with complete peace of mind!
Refundable rates provide for a total or partial refund of the cost of the reservation in the event of cancellation within the indicated timeframes. Specific refund conditions vary depending on the rate selected.
Bank transaction costs are never refunded if you use Paypal or Stripe payment links.
The refunded amount will then be reduced by bank fees.
Non-refundable rates
By choosing these rates, you get the lowest price, but keep in mind that in case of cancellation or modification of your reservation, the amount paid will not be refunded.
The non-refundable rate requires prepayment of the entire amount at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, modification or no-show, no refund will be given.
If the accommodation facility allows booking with the "deferred payment" method, the guest must proceed immediately with the payment of the entire amount.
After 4 days from the booking date, in the absence of payment, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
