Our business model is based exclusively on the profits deriving from the hosts' paid subscriptions who pay to use the booking services and possibly their personal websites that interface with our platform.
No commissions are applied on bookings.
You will therefore always find the best possible prices avoiding the hassle of searching on other portals that work by applying commissions.
Our success is based on the satisfaction of our guests and on collaboration with hosts who appreciate the flexibility and advanced services of our platform.
In Hotspot Owners Club there are accommodations that take advantage of a free plan and others that have upgraded to the plan premium.
All structures operate in compliance with Italian laws and have provided a PDF request for CIN.
The CIN is a mandatory identification code to operate in the short-term rental market in Italy.

an advanced system to check the status of reservations

On the property pages you can always trace your booking by indicating the booking code and the email address used to make the booking. In this way the traveler can check whether their booking is still active and a summary of all the information is shown. If a change to a booking is requested (for example a change of date or the addition of a guest), this must be accepted by the host who will update it and notify acceptance of the change via email. Otherwise, if the host decides not to accept the change, the reservation remains active under the established conditions.
If the traveler makes a payment for a reservation, the host must update the summary PDF showing the guest the payment received.
